An American-run foundry in the Philippines
Two American families have run this foundry since 1948: the Wilsons, then the Fanslers. If you buy castings in the United States and want a second source in Asia that works to your standards, writes in your language and answers to an owner you can call, start here.
Your standards
We pour to ASTM and ACI grades as readily as JIS: A48 gray iron, 80-60-03 ductile, ACI HH and HK, A351 CH20 on inquiry, A532 high-chrome. Mill certificates in English, EN 10204 3.1 format on request.
American foundry know-how
Our president is a member of the American Foundry Society. Our consultants are American foundrymen: John Dakan, metallurgist, and Tom Cobett, foundry engineer. We visit US foundries and customers, and our no-bake line runs a Palmer mixer bought from an Ohio foundry.
Easy to work with
Quotations in US dollars. Our evening is your morning, so a question sent at the end of your day is answered by the start of the next. The owner reads the inquiry email himself.
Shipping and paper
FCA Manila or Batangas, or CIF to your port. US West Coast in about 21 to 30 days by sea after loading. ISPM-15 crates, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, third-party inspection welcome.
A second source, honestly
We will not beat a Chinese foundry on price; Philippine power costs too much for that. What we offer is a long-term partner outside China: design help, repair and recycling, steady quality, and an owner who answers.
Inside the Luzon Economic Corridor
Our plant in Batangas sits within the Luzon Economic Corridor, the infrastructure and investment corridor the United States, Japan and the Philippines launched in 2024 to link Subic, Clark, Manila and Batangas.
What we make best for US buyers
- Heat-resistant stainless fixtures and furnace parts in ACI HH and HK, to about 100 kg
- Small precision stainless parts by investment casting
- Gray and ductile iron in short and medium runs, machined
- Replacement castings for equipment whose original maker is gone
- Bronze plaques, markers and art castings
Twenty years of supplying Japanese automotive and American aerospace plants in the Philippines taught us the documentation side: first articles, per-heat chemistry, traceability, audits.
Start with one part
Send one drawing that matters to you. We answer in two business days with the process, the alloy, a lead time and the questions an engineer would ask. If it is not our work, we say so and name who should make it.
