For restaurants, hotels and chefs · pots · skillets · kawali · sizzling plates · charcoal stoves
Iron Fiesta Cookware. Your kitchen's design, cast in iron.
Your kitchen should not cook in the same imported pan as everyone else's. Draw the pot, skillet or sizzling plate your dish needs, put your name on it, and we cast it in Batangas. You pay for the pattern once and it is yours; we pour the castings in FC250 gray iron and hand them over raw, for your own finishing.
Your design
Pot, skillet, kawali, sizzling plate, griddle, comal, Dutch oven, charcoal stove: any iron cookware, to your dimensions. A sketch on paper is enough to start; we draw it for casting and send it back for your approval.
Your mark
The restaurant's name or logo cast into the handle, the base or the lid. Raised or recessed, from your vector file or a clear drawing. It goes to the table with every plate.
Your pattern, paid once
Every new piece needs a pattern. We quote it once, for your piece, and it is yours. We keep it on our shelf for your reorders, made for no one else, or send it with your castings if you want it. Castings are priced by weight.
The pattern: quoted for your piece, credited back
Send us the piece by message or through the form and we quote the pattern for it before we draw anything. What drives the price is the kind of piece:
Flat
Sizzling plate, griddle, comal, skillet. One pattern, open face.
Deep
Kawali, wok, pot body. A deeper piece and more molding work.
Set
Pot with lid, Dutch oven, charcoal stove. Two or more patterns, sometimes a core.
Ready to cast
The Fiesta
The Fiesta charcoal stove
A cast iron stove for cooking over charcoal: grilling, a kawa on the coals, a slow pot for the handaan. Ask for one as it is, or with your name or logo cast into the side.
The Fiesta pot, made on request
An oval cast iron pot for a feast, sized to fit a 60 cm oven, with handholds cast into the wall and a lid that turns over to serve as a tray. Drawn and ready for a pattern, not yet cast. The first kitchen that asks sets the size.
How it works
- Send the idea A sketch, a photo of a piece you like with the changes you want, or dimensions in the form below. Say what dish it serves and on what heat: gas, induction, charcoal, wood, oven. We reply with a quote for the pattern.
- Casting drawing We draw the piece for casting: wall thickness, draft, handle section, where your mark goes, the weight. You approve it before any pattern is cut.
- Quotation The pattern, quoted once, the price per casting by weight, the quantity that earns the fee back, and the lead time.
- Pattern and pour Wood, resin or 3D-printed pattern. Poured in FC250 gray iron, chemistry checked on the spectrometer, heat number recorded.
- Raw casting to you Gates removed and shot-blasted. No grinding, machining, seasoning or coating. You season every piece before it cooks, your kitchen's way or through your own finisher. Pickup at Sto. Tomas or delivery.
Six to eight weeks for the first pieces, including the pattern. Reorders from a pattern we keep for you in three to four.

Questions kitchens ask
How much does a custom pan cost?
Two numbers: the pattern, quoted once for your piece, and the casting, priced by weight. Send us the piece and we quote the pattern before any drawing. Order enough castings and the fee is credited back.
Can you copy a pan we already use?
Yes. Bring it. We mold from it, correct any crack or warp on the pattern, add your name if you like, and cast it again.
Will it work on induction?
Yes. Cast iron works on induction, gas, charcoal and in the oven; for induction, draw the piece with a flat base. Whatever the heat, the piece arrives raw and must be seasoned by you before it cooks.
Do you season or finish the pieces?
No. We supply raw castings, gates removed and blasted. Seasoning is yours to do before first use, and so is any grinding or coating. Bare iron starts to rust soon after it leaves the plant, so plan to season the pieces as soon as you receive them.
What is the minimum?
One piece. The pattern costs the same for one piece or two hundred, and a larger order earns it back as credit.
Who owns the pattern?
You do, once it is paid. We keep it on our shelf for your reorders and use it for no one else, or we send it to you with your castings.
