This site is run by Metals Engineering Resources Corporation (METERCOR), Sto. Tomas, Batangas. Here is what we collect, why, and how to reach us about it.
What you send us
When you use a form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you write: your name, contact details, company, the drawings or text you attach, and your request. We use it to answer you, quote, deliver and invoice. Forms are delivered to our mailboxes through our web host, Netlify. We keep inquiries as business records and do not sell or rent them.
How the site is used
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages are read, how far people scroll, which buttons they click, the kind of device and browser, and the city or country a visit comes from. Clarity can replay a visit as an anonymous recording of mouse movement and scrolling; it hides what is typed into forms. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. We use the results only to make the site clearer and to see which pages bring inquiries. We do not use them for advertising.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to admin@metercor.com.ph with the subject "Privacy". We answer within fifteen working days.
