We read every supplier email. We answer the ones that tell us what you sell, what it costs, where it sits and who already buys it. This page is the fast path: what we buy, what to write, how we pay, and the machines we would like a maintenance partner for before, not after, they stop.

Your first email, in the order we read it
- What you sell, specifically "Low-carbon ferrochrome 60%, 25 kg bags" beats "industrial materials". Brand and origin if it matters.
- Price A price list, or an indicative price with its basis: per kilogram, per piece, per visit; ex-VAT or inclusive; valid until when.
- Quantities Minimum order, stock on hand, lead time for more.
- Where you are The city your stock sits in. Sto. Tomas and Lipa suppliers have an advantage and should say so.
- Who you serve Three current customers we might recognize. A foundry, a mill or a Japanese plant counts for more than a long list.
- Paper Mill or test certificates, safety data sheets, BIR registration, certifications.
- Terms What you offer new accounts; we move to 30 days after accreditation.
A letter that says only that you are a leading supplier gets no reply. One with the seven items above gets one within a week, usually with a question about a specific need.

Melt shop
- Pig iron, steel scrap, stainless scrap, returns processing

Molding and shell room
- Silica sand, bentonite, seacoal, coatings
- Sodium silicate, propylene carbonate hardener, resin-coated sand
- Zircon flour and sand, colloidal silica, mullite and alumina stuccos, investment wax
- Pattern wood, resins, aluminum
Finishing and machining
- Grinding wheels, cut-off discs, shot
- Welding electrodes and TIG wire for stainless and cast iron
- Carbide inserts and tooling, measuring instruments
- Paints, primers, lacquers, packaging, crates, VCI
Plant and people
- PPE: aluminized suits, face shields, respirators
- Electrical, PLC and servo spares; compressors and dryers
- Calibration: spectrometer, CMM, hardness, thermocouples

These machines run every day and some are old. If you service any of them, say which, your response time, and the spares you hold. We would rather meet you on a scheduled visit than on the day something stops.
- Sintokogio FDNX-1 flaskless molding machine and its automatic mold-handling line: servo drives, PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Mahima induction furnaces: power electronics, capacitors, water cooling, earth-leakage systems
- Screw air compressors and dryers
- Annealing ovens with Brainchild controllers and recorders; load thermocouples
- CNC lathes, Mazak and Chevalier machining centers, Koyo double-disc grinder
- Spectrometer, CMM, hardness testers: calibration and service
- Palmer continuous mixer and Richards reclaimer

Open as of October 2026.
- Wastewater: treatment of septic and process effluent to the DENR general effluent standards and the Laguna Lake Development Authority's discharge requirements; the industrial park monitors and bills on discharge quality. Design-and-build proposals with a reference plant we can visit.
- Dust collection for the grinding and welding rooms: hoods, ducting, cyclone and bag collector, with the fan sized to the duct.
- Power: rooftop solar, power-factor correction, compressed-air efficiency.
How we buy and pay
- Purchase orders from purchasing@metercor.com.ph; nothing is bought on a phone call alone
- Quotations ex-VAT with VAT shown; deliveries to the plant with a gate pass we arrange a day ahead
- Accreditation: BIR registration, company profile, bank details on your letterhead; 30-day terms after that
- Invoices to finance@metercor.com.ph, referencing the PO
