Heat-treatment trays, jigs and fixtures
For more than twenty years we have cast the fixtures that carry gears, shafts and landing-gear parts through the carburizing furnaces of the Philippine automotive and aerospace plants: trays, grids, posts, baskets, hanging bars and part-specific jigs in 25Cr-12Ni and higher-nickel grades. Design help, TIG repair and a recycling program come with the casting.

Grades and processes
JIS SCH13 (25Cr-12Ni, ACI HH type) is our standard; SCH21 and HK where temperature or load demands; SCH15 and SCH20 on request. Shell molding for thin, accurate trays; no-bake for large grids; investment casting for small precision jigs. Chemistry per heat on the spectrometer, hardness and microstructure in our laboratory, mill certificate with each delivery, as the Japanese transmission plants have required of us since 2006.
Customers
Asian Transmission Corporation (Mitsubishi group) since 2001, Toyota Aisin Philippines since 2005, MOOG Controls (aerospace) since 2016, Isuzu Autoparts Manufacturing since 2017; Aichi Forging and Honda Parts in earlier years. A Japanese fixture maker approached us in 2026 to diversify its sourcing away from China; we told them plainly what we are good at and where the Philippines costs more.
Beyond the casting
- Design: weight reduction and handling improvements proposed on the drawing; several customers' fixtures are lighter today because of it.
- Repair: TIG weld repair of cracked fixtures, with the right filler.
- Recycling: a take-back program under development that remelts end-of-life carburized trays into new castings without carrying contamination into the chemistry.
- Forecasting: we track each customer's reorder cycle and flag trays that are due before the furnace does.
