Castings

What is the largest casting you make?

About 100 kg in sand. Investment castings to about 20 kg per piece. Larger pieces are quoted with a partner foundry or cast in sections.

Which alloys?

Gray iron FC200 to FC300 including molybdenum and nickel-chrome grades; ductile iron FCD450 to FCD600; heat-resistant stainless SCH13, SCH15, SCH20, SCH21 and the ACI HH, HK, HF family, CH20 on inquiry; CF8 and CF8M; high-chrome white iron; manganese steel; silicon bronze and tin bronze. No vacuum grades.

How fast?

Reorders on a stored pattern two to four weeks. New parts: pattern two to four weeks, then two to three weeks to cast, treat and finish. Rush pours by arrangement.

Can you work from a sample with no drawing?

Yes. We measure it, scan it at MIRDC-DOST if needed, and issue a casting drawing for your approval before any pattern is made.

What documents do I get?

Mill certificate with heat number and chemistry; hardness; microstructure when specified; dimensional report; heat-treatment or annealing chart; certificate of conformance. Tensile and NDT through accredited laboratories on request.

Do you machine and heat treat?

Yes: five CNC lathes, two machining centers, grinders and a CMM; two annealing ovens to 960 °C. Higher temperatures and specialized machining go to partners under our plan.

Do you export?

Yes. EXW, FCA, CFR or CIF quotations, ISPM-15 crates, certificates of origin for ASEAN, Japan, Australia and New Zealand, Korea and RCEP, EU REX on registration. See Buying from the Philippines.

Plaques and markers

How much does a cast marker cost?

It depends on the frame size, and your text picks the size. Use the size finder, send us the text and the size, and we reply with the price by message or email. A different font or your own seal is an add-on.

How long does a marker take?

Thirty working days from purchase order and payment as standard, forty for the largest frames, fifteen or twenty by arrangement.

Can I order an NHCP-style marker directly?

No. The NHCP frame and seal belong to the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, which orders the castings from us for sites it approves. Private markers use our own frames and your seal.

L300 brakes

Are these genuine Mitsubishi parts?

No. They are Metercor parts cast and machined on the tooling we used to supply Mitsubishi Motors Philippines until 2023. Mitsubishi and L300 are named only for fitment.
