Elevators and buildings
Buildings need iron in places nobody sees. We cast elevator counterweight fillers to the installer's drawing, manhole frames and covers to utility standards, valve bodies and pump casings in stainless, and the brackets, grilles and letters an architect specifies in cast metal.
What we make
- Elevator counterweight fillers in gray iron, cast on the CT3 and no-bake lines to the elevator installer's drawings; in production for a Philippine elevator contractor since 2024
- Manhole frames and covers, drainage grates and surface boxes to water-utility standard drawings, in gray or ductile iron
- Valve bodies, bonnets and retainers in CF8 and CF8M stainless, bronze and ductile iron; pump casings and adaptors
- Architectural castings: brackets, bollards, grilles, letters, plaques and signage
What to send
- Drawing with weight tolerance (counterweights are sold by the kilogram and the tolerance matters)
- Quantity per building or per year
- Delivery schedule against your installation program
- Paint or coating specification
