A foundry is one of the last places where a person can start with their hands and end up running the plant. Most of our managers did. If you want a trade that will be needed for as long as machines are made, and a company that stays, this is a good place to ask.

Who we hire

  • Molders and core makers: green sand, no-bake, shell. Taught here.
  • Melters and furnace operators: induction melting, spectrometer sampling, pouring.
  • Pattern makers: wood, resin and aluminum; CAD a plus.
  • Machinists: CNC lathe and machining center operators and programmers; grinders.
  • Quality and laboratory: inspectors, spectrometer and microscope technicians, CMM operators.
  • Maintenance: electricians and mechanics for PLC and servo lines, induction furnaces, compressors and ovens.
  • Engineers: metallurgical, mechanical and industrial, for casting design, process and production planning. Fresh graduates welcome; our newest engineer started in September 2026 on 3D design.
  • Office: planning, purchasing, accounting, HR.

How to apply

  1. Send your resume and any TESDA National Certificates to hr@metercor.com.ph, or send a WhatsApp to +639176390151 with your name and trade. Walk-ins Monday to Friday, 8 to 4, at the park gate with a valid ID; ask for HR.
  2. Hear back within a week if there is an opening that fits, and a note either way.
  3. Interview and trade test for skilled roles: a day on the floor with the section you would join.
  4. Offer in writing, with pay, schedule and benefits stated.

Students: on-the-job training for engineering and TESDA students by arrangement with your school. Write to HR with your course and dates.

We hire molders, machinists and maintenance technicians continuously, and engineers as projects grow. Current openings are listed by HR on request; if your trade is above and you are within commuting distance of Sto. Tomas, write to us whether or not a post is advertised.
